DESCRIPTION:Change of Date – Belfast Geological Society Field Trip – New Discoveries at Paddy’s Point\, NW Strangford Lough will now take place on the 6th June and not the 2nd June as previously advised. \nIt will be led by Dr. Mike Simms.  \nMeet at Waddell’s Hill car park (Grid ref J490673) at 6.30pm on Thursday 6th June. \nThis can be reached by turning left off Ballydrain Road just before reaching Castle Espie WWT (look out for a rough wooden bench on the corner). We will gather into as few cars as possible before moving on to Ringneill Quay (Grid ref. DESCRIPTION:Thursday 13th June 2024 10am-11am (11:00-12:00 CEST) \nCEEGS is a three-year Horizon Europe-funded project aimed at developing cross-sectoral technology to facilitate the energy transition.
