The 7th webinar of the 2024 Northern Ireland Geothermal Webinar Series will take place Thursday 19th September 2024 between 16:00 and 17:00.
It is entitled “Heterogeneity in the Triassic Sherwood Sandstone reservoir in Northern Ireland: A case study in the Larne Basin”
and will be given by Rioko Moscardini, Postgraduate Researcher, University College Dublin, iCRAG.
This webinar will focus on Rioko Moscardini’s PhD research which investigates how reservoir properties of the Sherwood Sandstone in Northern Ireland vary.
Her research takes an interdisciplinary approach and it will lead to increased understanding of the geothermal potential of this reservoir on the island of Ireland.
