GSNI Northern Ireland Geothermal Webinar Series – the 8th webinar of the 2024 Northern Ireland Geothermal Webinar Series will take place on Thursday 24th October 2024 between 16:00 and 17:00.
It is entitled “Finding the Heat: Mapping Geothermal Gradients using indirect measurements” and will be given by Emma Chambers, Research Fellow, Dublin Institute of Advanced Studies.
Emma will discuss new subsurface temperature models of Ireland with uncertainty as part of the De-risking Ireland’s Geothermal potential (DIG) project. This will be followed by the current and future work for the MOD3LTHERM project.
