The first webinar in the 2026 Northern Ireland Geothermal Webinar Series takes place on Thursday 29th January between 16:00 and 17:00.
Sharon Clements, Head of Geothermal Policy at the Department for the Economy NI will provide an overview of the GeoEnergy NI project, including progress to date, the findings from the shallow geothermal demonstrator at Stormont, the deep geothermal exploratory work at Greenmount and the implications of this work for future geothermal development in Northern Ireland.
