The Geotechnical Society of Ireland will host its Spring Seminar in Engineers Ireland, Clyde Road, Dublin 4 on Tuesday 17th February from 11:00 to 16:30.
The seminar, entitled “Building Dublin’s Future from the Ground Up –Characterisation of Dublin Soils and Bedrock”, will discuss the geotechnical challenges faced in underground construction in Dublin Boulder Clay and Calp Limestone.
The seminar will be topical given the number of major underground infrastructure schemes in planning in the Dublin region.
