This year’s IAEG conference will be held on the 21st and 22nd of May in the Tower Hotel, Waterford.
Registration is now open.
The theme will be Precious Metals.
Along with a fantastic array of speakers there will be a round-up of precious metal projects on the island of Ireland, student flash talks and posters.

Student posters and flash talks: Submit a poster or 5 minute flash talk abstract on any economic geology topic to secretary@iaeg.ie before the 24th April 2026. Approved entries will gain Free Entry to the conference.
