One of a series of events to mark the 70 years of service of the Geological Survey of Northern Ireland (GSNI) (1947 – 2017). Sharing 70 years of public service, we aim to showcase the highlights of GSNI from throughout our seven decades. Starting with the surveying of the coalfields at Ballycastle and including the award-winning Tellus and Tellus Border projects we’ll provide an opportunity to share in our successes and reflect on the achievements.
